Evaluation criteria

Here're our criteria for scoring Coffee Shops:

1. Price: 
$ for medium size hot Americano under or equal to 2,000 KRW or $2
$$ if under or equal to 4,000 KRW or $4
$$$ if above 4,000 KRW or $4

2. Taste: 
A+ if hot Americano has great creamy taste and smooth finish. No bitterness.
A for creamy taste and neutral finish. Smooth ending with cold water.
A- for acceptable creamy taste without much bitterness.
B+ for not creamy and not much bitterness.
B for not creamy and slight bitterness.
B- for noticeable bitterness.
C if cannot finish.

3. Wi-Fi:
A+ if very fast and easy connection. No password or pwd on the receipt.
A if very fast and manageable connection.
A- for enough speed and manageable connection.
B+ for enough speed and hard to get connected.
B for low speed and hard to get connected
B- for unreliable (often drops out) connection and hard to get connected.
C no available wi-fi

4. Power plugs:
A+ if power plugs are available to almost any table and plenty.
A if power plugs are

C for no power plugs

5. Noise level - Quietness:

C for very noisy even with the headphones on.

6. Decoration and comfort of the space:

C for terrible decoration with obvious wear and tear, uncomfortable and dirty furniture.

7. View:

8. Restroom:
A+ for having a clean and spacious restroom inside the shop separated by gender and has childcare facilities.

B+ if not inside the shop but clean and spacious, and separated by gender and has childcare facilities.

C for no restroom available.

9. Accessibility and parking:
A+ for on site parking, always easy to park and wheelchair accessible.
A for on site parking, little wait time.
A- for on site parking, not easy to find space.
B+ for nearby free parking
B for nearby paid parking or far away free parking
B- for far away paid parking
C for no parking at all.

10. Total Grade:
Each letter has a numerical value like grading in college: A+ is 4.3, A is 4, A- is 3.7, B+ is 3.4, B is 3, B- is 2.7, C is 2.
A+ if average score is higher than 4
A if less than or equal to 4 and above 3.7
A- if less than or equal to 3.7 and above 3.4
B+ if less than or equal to 3.4 and above 3
B if less than or equal to 3 and above 2.7
B- if less than or equal to 2.7 and above 2.4
C if less than or equal to 2.4.
